Service bookings and estimates
There is no general service booking fee. Online estimates are free. Labor is priced by the selected service and confirmed scope, per worker-hour, with the displayed visit minimum. Parts, materials and approved extras are separate. DAUPHIN must confirm your appointment.
Requested onsite estimate visits
A $60 assessment fee applies only when you request an onsite estimate visit. It covers that visit and is separate from any later repair or installation. It is not automatically charged for online estimates or service booking requests.
First-time customer offer
The introductory discount applies once per customer to eligible service labor, up to the advertised cap. It excludes assessment visits, parts, materials, taxes and other fees. Eligibility is verified against account and service-payment history.
Cancellation and rescheduling
For a paid onsite assessment, cancel at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment for an assessment-fee refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are nonrefundable. Request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the confirmed visit, subject to availability. Notices and appointments use Eastern Time.
